You’ll also have access to my support through the app, with videos and progress tracking, ensuring you stay motivated and on track.

The frequency of exercise will depend on your specific goals and lifestyle. Most of my clients aim for 3-5 sessions per week, but I’ll tailor the plan to fit your needs, whether you’re focusing on weight loss, muscle gain, or general fitness. I’ll make sure you have a balanced routine that you can sustain long-term.

My philosophy is rooted in balance, sustainability, and personalization. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not overwhelm it.
